How do I order from you?
You can order our games through our store : http://store.introversion.co.uk. Our store database is used to keep track of orders, and it will inform you when your order is shipped. We accept all major credit and debit cards which are then processed through Protx and Bank Of Scotland, or you can pay with PayPal. If you’re having trouble placing an order, please contact us.

I don't want to give you my credit card details over the internet!
All of your order details including credit card information are encrypted with industry standard SSL encryption, and our website is regularly audited to ensure that it’s kept secure. We take security very seriously at Introversion, and have never lost or made available any of our customers data.

Can I pay without a credit card?
If you have a Paypal account you can pay Paypal instead. Please select Paypal as the payment method when you checkout.

What currencies do you accept?
If you pay with a credit / debit card or PayPal, we can take payment in British Pounds Sterling (£), US dollars ($), or Euros (€). Please select the currency that you wish to pay under the 'currencies' box on the right hand navigation bar.

How can I download my product once I've ordered it?
You should log in to your account, by clicking on 'My Account' at the top right of the store front page, and use the email and password that you ordered the product with. If you have forgotten your password, you can enter your email address and request a reminder. Along with your previous orders, and a list of your keys, you will find a link that will take you to the download area for your products.

How can I check the status of my order?
All you need to do is login, and click on on 'View the orders I have made' under the 'My Orders' header. You can see your previous orders, invoices/receipts, and their status.

Can you issue us with a receipt?
Full invoices are shipped with each order, and can be found by logging in, and clicking on 'View the orders I have made' under the 'My Orders' header.

Shipping

Who does your shipping?
We use Royal Mail and ship 1st class in the UK, and airmail outside the UK.

When do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped at the very latest within 2 days of ordering. 90% of orders are shipped either same-day or next day (that's right, we work Will (our shipping manager) at the weekends ;-)

How much does your shipping cost?
There is a flat charge of £2 in the UK, £3 in Europe and £4 outside of Europe per unit ordered for shipping physical products (with exception to the Limited edition tins for which the shipping is doubled). It is cheaper to ship separate items now from the UK, because the cost is calculated not only on price, but on the size of the package.

How long does shipping take to get to X?
Physical shipments can take up to 28 days to arrive at their destination, however 99% of them are much faster. They usually take 1-2 days in the UK, 5 days for Europe, 10 days for the US / Canada, and 15 days for the rest of the world.

However, you can download all our games after purchase and immediately play them.

Do you provide tracking numbers?
No, but we will send you an email confirming the shipment of your order and your order ’s expected delivery date.
